Coco de mer table_

Although the Coco de Mer table is made out of caramelized bamboo, its foundation lies in the concept of the Coco de Mer nut. When the core of this nut is exposted, a distinguishing deep brown color and glistening round shapes appear. The origin of this nut has been the subject of many legends and mysteries and is characterized by its unusual, yet female shape. Even today it still leaves room for imagination.

The design of the table follows the strong curvature of a bodily form. The curved shape brings a certain softness and warmth to the overall design. The Coco de Mer table is desiged by Jesse Sanderson and is available in a rectangular, triangular and oval shape.
