Diptych Project_

A union of two individuals who stand together, yet separated by unbreakable force. The visual similarity, which, when presented in immediate vicinity makes us wonder; What connects them? Is it a shared history? Perhaps a kinship? Is this similarity real or is it juxtaposed artificially by the power of painting and photography; The arrangement into one whole, the posing, the lighting and the way people are presented?
The diptychs are created exclusivily for Wdstck, paying attention to exquisite detail and painterly quality of the image. Diptych Project_ is photographed by Evelyn Bencicova and exclusively available at Wdstck.
Natalia Evelyn Bencicova (4.12.1992) grew up in Bratislava, Slovakia and studied fine art and new media at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. In her work, she tries to merge the conceptual with the visual aspects of photography while leaving space for creativity to happen.
